Some of our client's who have been paid by taking back control and often repairing any credit or employment issues at the same time.


 Attorney John Gadd works in the same building as I do, and one day we started talking. I asked him about the type of law he practiced and he said employment and consumer law. When I heard consumer law, I IMMEDIATELY thought about the annoying phone calls that I had been getting from bill collectors on a debt that was not even mine. I recieved up to 3 calls a day, sometimes 7 days a week, over the course of several months. As far as I am concerned, that is harrassment. I mentioned this to John in our conversation and he explained to me that debt collectors cannot call my cell with an "auto-dialer" without my written consent. He further explained that there is a law (Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, TCPA) that provides consumers the ability to stop this, and receive up to $500 per call. This did get my attention but I was still skeptical. This seemed to good to be true! I did a little research on my own of TCPA law (Statue 47 U.S.C. 227) and found that this was a real law, protecting consumers against these annoying calls. The next day I went to see John, not really believing anything monetarily would come of this, but I thought I would give it a shot. I did EXACTLY what John told me to do, and, it's now several months later, and to date I have had two cases resolve in which I have collected over $40,000 total. I still can't believe it! It works! All I was interested in was getting them to stop calling my phone. Thank you John and Nikkie for all your hard work.
